My philosophy

In my role as Nutritionist, I always put what makes a person feel good at the center of my action. A person's diet and lifestyle (diet in the etymological sense) are fundamental for real, conscious and lasting well-being. 

In the presence of pathology, next to the diet, the most effective and simplest natural remedy for that particular situation.

Every day I realize the need for a profound change in the way I operate in my profession. In other words, the need to move from a mechanistic-reductionist approach, focused on the treatment of diseases and problem solving, to a bio-emotional approach, in which true attention to the person and his history, the environment in which he lives and the emotions he perceives, all determining factors in the development of one's potential for health and well-being. In a nutshell, we need to go from considering "what disease does a person have" to "what person has the disease". And that's what I do every day.


My goal is to preserve, improve or return people to their best shape, through a truly healthy and personalized diet. The optimization of food and supplementary therapy derives from the use of specific Functional Medicine tests such as the hair mineralogram, the intestinal function test, the intestinal permeability test, the intestinal and vaginal microbiota test.

I love to call my job "the medicine of the day before", because I am deeply convinced that this is really prevention.
